The customer can return the purchased products and obtain a full refund of the amount actually paid within fourteen working days from the moment of receipt of the products, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The Customer must anticipate, before any refund by Olio.org, the transport costs of the return and will be responsible for all risks of loss, theft and damage to the Products during the transport itself;
- The Products must be returned “as new” in the original packaging, complete with all components, parts and accessories, warranty cards, manuals and other documentation and any element belonging to the Products.
In case of withdrawal, it is necessary to contact our Customer Service ([email protected]) to know all the details on the procedure to be performed.
In the event that the returned Products are found:
- Damaged or used;
- Returned after the deadline of 14 working days;
- Without packaging or adequate packaging;
- With parts, including components, accessories, packaging, packages, documents and / or other damaged or missing elements;
- Or even if the return shipping costs are not advanced;
Olio.org reserves the right to refuse the refund or to deduct any repair costs from the sum to be refunded to the customer.
